ARRIVALS:

Please arrive on Monday, February 2nd before the 5pm Welcome Reception.  

Please fly into LAX.  It is only 7.5mi away from the hotel.  

DEPARTURES:

Please schedule your flights no earlier than 2pm on Thursday, February 5th.   

If you are not able to secure a flight there are a limited number of rooms on Thursday night available for those traveling to the East Coast.   Please contact Krista to verify room availability before booking flight.  

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM HOTEL/AIRPORT:

Please use Uber/Lyft/taxi and carpool if you are able. 

Conference Days:

Please pack business casual attire for the conference.  Reminder that it does get chilly sitting in meeting rooms all day.

This is a time to celebrate your achievements!  Formal and Semi-formal attire is requested.  Be sure to look your best for all those photo opps!

Bring your favorite attire for your new headshots!  We will have a station set up for your photo opp on Monday evening and Tuesday.
